New Customer Registration

Thank you for your interest in Bay View Bark. We’d love to meet you and your dog(s). Unfortunately, at this time we are utilizing all available resources to meet the needs of our current customers. We are taking a temporary break from assessing new dogs and must put a temporary hold on new customer enrollment through the holidays. We plan to begin hosting new clients and their dogs for behavior assessments in February 2022. If you would like to begin the registration process in advance for your pet, you are welcome to do so.

Health Requirement documentation and new customer profiles are still needed to schedule Behavior Assessment appointments and those can be started and submitted at any time prior to scheduling the Behavior Assessment appointment.

Please use the provided link above to access Pet Exec and begin making your online profile. Please contact us at 414-763-1304 to schedule your dog’s behavior assessment after submitting all you your dog’s health requirements. If we are able to accommodate you sooner than February 2022 for an assessment, we will reach out to you.

For all new clients looking to enroll their dog in Smart Doggy Daycare or Stay & Play Overnight Care please use the New Client Registration to submit your doggy and human info in advance.

Current veterinary records can be uploaded via the new “Owner Portal” you create OR feel free to email/have your veterinarian email the records to us at info@bayviewbark.com. Please see our complete list of Health Requirements here.

After sending your dogs completed health requirements, be sure to go into your new account and sign the Policies and Requirements Contract and the Agreements and Release Contract, add your info and your dog’s info, then call to schedule your dog’s Behavior Assessment (required but free!). Please note we can only schedule Behavior Assessments after receiving proof of all the health requirements.
